- Who chooses where I have vehicle repaired?
You choose! Not your insurance company. You choose the shop and authorize the repairs.
- But my insurance company said I had to go to a particuler shop?
By law insurance companies are not supposed to tell you where you can go, they can suggest a shop, but you have the right to take it to the shop or your choice. We work with all insurance companies and will try to get your vehicle repaired as soon as possible.
- Do you have rental cars available?
We do not have rental cars available for our customers, but Enterprise Rent a Car, and Hertz Rent a Car will drop one off here. Most insurance policies include rental coverage. Check with your agent.
- What happens if I'm not pleased with the work on my vehicle?
We guarantee your satisfaction. If for some reason you are not pleased, bring you vehicle back and we will do what ever it takes to regain your trust.
- Do you use After Market Parts?
Some times we do, not because we want to use them but because your insurance company says we have to. Most of the time After Market parts work just fine and are somewhat cheaper than original parts. But we always try to use original parts when we can.
- Who pays the deductible and when?
You are responsible for the deductible, and its due when you pick us your vehicle. And please don't ask us to hide your deductible as that is unethical and illegal.
- Can I pay with a credit card?
We accept - Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards. As well as personal checks.
